Personalized & Engraved Items

Due to the custom nature of engraved and personalized products, all personalized items are final sale.

Personalized or engraved items may only be returned or replaced if an error was made by our company, such as:

  • Incorrect engraving text

  • Misspelled names or dates entered incorrectly by us

  • Wrong product or design produced

Customer-submitted errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, layout choices, or personalization details provided at checkout, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.


Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unengraved, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.


Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization.
Please contact us before sending any item back to request a return approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
